Welcome to Abbeys' Primary School Council!

Our Primary School Council is a vibrant and dynamic group of young leaders who play a crucial role in making our school an even better place to learn and grow. Comprising enthusiastic students from various classes, the council serves as the voice of the student body, representing the thoughts, ideas, and concerns of their peers.

What We Do:
The Primary School Council actively participates in decision-making processes that affect the student experience at Abbeys. We discuss and brainstorm ideas to enhance the school environment, promote positive changes, and contribute to the well-being of our fellow students. Our council members collaborate with teachers, staff, and the school community to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Expressing the thoughts and ideas of our classmates during council meetings.
Organising and participating in school events and initiatives.
Discussing and implementing ways to improve the school experience for everyone.
Representing the school at various events and meetings.

How We're Elected:
Each year, students have the opportunity to nominate themselves to become council members. Elections are held, giving students a chance to vote for their preferred candidates. This democratic process ensures that the Primary School Council is made up of dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in our school community.

Get Involved:
We encourage all students to share their ideas and concerns with our Primary School Council members. If you have suggestions on how to make our school even better or if you'd like to get involved in upcoming projects, don't hesitate to reach out to one of our friendly council members.

Together, we make Abbeys an amazing place to learn and grow!
