Letters & Information to Parents
On rare occasions severe weather conditions such as snow, or an emergency such as a heating failure in very cold weather mean we cannot guarantee the adequate health and safety of the school site. In the event of such an emergency the school may need to close. If this happens we will send a text message, post a message on the home page of our website and our Facebook page as early as possible, so that families are informed. If parents and carers can check the school website first, rather than phoning the school, they are more likely to get the most up to date information. In any emergency we will have limited capacity to deal with a high volume of phone calls, and this may result in communication delays.
